Firm Communication Policy

Our goal is to provide you with the highest level of client service. Realizing that communication is one of the most important aspects of the attorney-client relationship, and in order to provide you with the very best client service experience, we ask that you please follow these guidelines when communicating with our office:

  • 1. Your case is being handled by a legal team of experienced professionals, supervised, at all times, by your attorney. We have found this team effort to result in the highest client satisfaction.

  • 2. An experienced paralegal will be assigned to your case, and able to answer your questions and address your concerns. You should ask your paralegal any questions you may have first, as they will likely be able to provide you with the information you are looking for in the shortest possible time.

  • 3. Much of our work is spent on the phone communicating with others regarding your case, and these conversations can only take place during regular business hours. We ask you to understand that, although our staff tries to answer all calls as they are received, this is not always possible, and voicemail is sometimes necessary.

  • 4. All staff have a voice mail system to receive your calls and messages. Voicemail is checked several times each day, and calls are returned in the order that they are received.

  • 5. Our staff will return your call as quickly as possible with an answer to your question and/or concern. Calling multiple times and leaving multiple messages slows down the process, and delays our response time. Please call only once and leave only one message.

  • 6. When leaving a message, please be as detailed as possible, including your full name and a complete description of your question or concern.

  • 7. Calls are returned during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Appointments and phone consultations, outside of regular hours, can be arranged in advance.

  • 8. If you have an emergency, and need to speak to someone immediately, please state this clearly in your message, and someone will return your call ASAP.
